Bride Cakes

Each tier is 4-5 inches high and  consists of nine layers of butter sponge cake.

The following flavors (fillings) are available:

• Grandmarnier
• Hazelnut-Frangelica
• Amaretto-Apricot
• Tiramisu-Irish Cream
• Raspberry
• Piña Colada
• White Chocolate-Pistachio

Each tier can be a different flavor.

Our standard icing is smooth and light, with the texture of whipped cream. We also do Rolled Fondant Icing.

For decorations, choose from one of our 20-plus pictures, or, if desired, bring your own picture.

Flower decorations: Your florist can decorate with fresh flowers, or we will decorate with our hand-made gumpaste flowers, matching your wedding flowers and colors.

Groom's Cakes

Each tier is 4-5 inches high and consists of six layers of double-chocolate cake.

The following flavors (fillings) are available:

• Nesselrod (pineapple-chocolate chips)
• Chocolate Truffle
• Chocolate Cappucinno

Each tier can be a different flavor.

Grooms cakes are finished with either Ganache or a light chocolate whipped creme.
